Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #163

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : قِيلَ لِبَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ الْحَجَّاجَ بْنَ يُوسُفَ، يَقُولُ :" إِنَّ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةَ لَا يَغْشَاهَا زَوْجُهَا "، قَالَ بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ : " الصَّلَاةُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً يَغْشَاهَا زَوْجُهَا "
Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Humaid, he said: It was said to Bakr bin Abdullah that Al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf said: “The “A woman who undergoes menstrual bleeding cannot be cheated on by her husband.” Bakr bin Abdullah Al-Muzani said: “Prayer is more inviolable if her husband cheats on her.”
