Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #210

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، وَعَفَّانُ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" إِذَا رَأَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ التَّرِيَّةَ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ بِيَوْمٍ أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ، فَإِنَّهَا تَطَهَّرُ وَتُصَلِّي "
Hajjaj and Affan told us, they said: Hammad told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that He said: “If a woman sees the turban a day or two after washing, then she should purify herself and pray.”
