أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ، قَالَ :" تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ فِي قُرُوئِهَا ذَلِكَ يَوْمًا أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ، ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ، فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْأُولَى نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، أَخَّرَتْ الظُّهْرَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَإِذَا غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، أَخَّرَتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعِشَاءَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَإِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ، نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ الْغَدَاةَ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : " الْأَقْرَاءُ عِنْدِي : الْحَيْضُ "

Ya’la told us, Abd al-Malik told us, about Ata’ regarding the istihaadah prayer. He said: “The prayer is left to be recited for that day or two, then She performs ablution, and if it was at the first time she looked, then if it was a trion, she performed ablution and prayed, and if there was blood, she delayed the noon prayer and hastened the afternoon prayer, Then she connected them with one wash. When the sun had set, she looked. If it was bloody, she performed ablution and prayed. If it was bloody, she delayed sunset. She hastened the dinner, then performed the prayer with one bath. When dawn came, she looked, and if there was blood, she performed ablution and prayed, and if there was blood, She bathed and prayed the morning prayer three times every day and night.” Abu Muhammad said: “The most suitable for me is menstruation.”
