أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الَّتِي ارْتِيبَ بِهَا" تَرَبَّصُ سَنَةً، فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا تَرَبَّصَتْ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ السَّنَةِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا "

Affan bin Muslim told us, Muhammad bin Dinar told us, Yunus told us, about Al-Hasan regarding the divorced woman whom he was suspicious of, “he waited for a year, If she menstruates, otherwise she waits after the end of the year for three months, and if she menstruates, otherwise her waiting period has expired.”
