أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغْ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا، بِكَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟، قَالَ :" بِثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ "، وَقَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ : " بِخَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا "
