أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ الْمُنْذِرِ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ امْرَأَةً تَسْأَلُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَوْبِهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنْ مَحِيضِهَا، كَيْفَ تَصْنَعُ بِهِ؟، قَالَ :" إِنْ رَأَيْتِ فِيهِ دَمًا فَحُكِّيهِ، ثُمَّ اقْرُصِيهِ بِمَاءٍ، ثُمَّ انْضَحِي فِي سَائِرِهِ، فَصَلِّي فِيهِ "

Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Raqqashi told us, Yazid told us that he is the son of Zurayi, Muhammad told us that he is the son of Ishaq, Fatima bint told me Al-Mundhir, on the authority of Asma’ bint Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with her, who said: I heard a woman asking the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, about Her dress, if she is cleansed from her menstruation, what should she do with it? He said: “If you see blood in it, wipe it off, then sprinkle water on it, then sprinkle all over it. So pray in it.”
