أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَقَدْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ، قَالَ :" هِيَ حَائِضٌ مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، وَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ، وَلَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا مَا لَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ "

Yazid bin Harun told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Al-Hassan regarding a man having intercourse with his wife when she felt pure before she bathed. He said: “It is A menstruating woman unless she washes, and he must make expiation, and he has the right to take it back unless she washes.”
