أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ الْعَنْبِرِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ :" يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ "

Othman bin Muhammad told us, Bishr bin Al-Mufaddal told us, on the authority of Malik bin Al-Khattab Al-Anbari, on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulaika, he said: He was asked I hear about a man having intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, and he said: “He seeks forgiveness from God.”
