Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #436

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ ، يَقُولُ فِي الَّذِي يُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، قَالَ :" عَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ، أَوْ بَدَنَةٌ، أَوْ عِشْرِينَ صَاعًا لِأَرْبَعِينَ مِسْكِينًا، وَفِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ "
Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Yazid bin Ibrahim told us, he said: I heard Al-Hasan, saying regarding one who breaks the fast on a day of Ramadan, he said: “ “He must free a slave, or a camel, or twenty saa’s for forty poor persons, and in the case of one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, it is like that.”
