أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ" يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ، أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ "، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : أَمَّا حِفْظِي فَهُوَ مَرْفُوعٌ، وَأَمَّا فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ، فَقَالَا : غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ : حَدِّثْنَا بِحِفْظِكَ، وَدَعْ مَا قَالَ فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ، فَقَالَ : " وَاللَّهِ مَا أُحِبُّ أَنِّي عُمِّرْتُ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُمُرَ نُوحٍ وَأَنِّي حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا، أَوْ سَكَتُّ عَنْ هَذَا "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : عَبْدُ الحَمِيدِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحمَنِ بْنِ زَيدِ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ وَكَانَ وَالِيَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ

Saeed bin Amir told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Abdul Hamid, on the authority of Muqasim, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, in “The one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating” should give in charity a dinar, or half a dinar.
