أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ :" يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ، أَوْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ "، وقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ : " يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ "

Abdullah bin Muhammad told us, Hafs bin Ghayath told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him. On their authority, he was asked about the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating. He said: “He gives in charity a dinar, or half a dinar.” And Ibrahim said: “He seeks forgiveness.” God "
