أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ :" إِذَا وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ "

Amr bin Aoun informed us, on the authority of Khalid bin Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, He said: “If he has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he must give a dinar in charity.”
