أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَسْلَمَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَحَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ زَنَى فَشَهِدَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ زَنَى أَرْبَعًا،فَأَمَرَ بِرَجْمِهِ وَكَانَ قَدْ أُحْصِنَ "

Abu Asim told us, Ibn Jurayj told us, Ibn Shihab told me, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Jabir: That a man from Islam came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace, and he told him that he had committed adultery, so he testified against himself that he had committed adultery four times, so he ordered that he be stoned, and he had been clean.
