Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Raqqashi told us, Yazid bin Zurayi told us, Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Yasar told us, Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Taymi, on the authority of Abu al-Haytham ibn Nasr ibn Dahr al-Aslami, on the authority of his father, he said: I was among those who stoned him. Abu Muhammad said: That is, Ma'iz bin Malik. When he found that he was touching the stones, he became extremely alarmed. He said: So we mentioned that to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: So will you leave him?
