Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1606

أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنَكْدِرِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ، غُفِرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ الذَّنْبُ "
Marwan bin Muhammad al-Dimashqi told us, Ibn Wahb told us, on the authority of Usama bin Zayd, on the authority of Muhammad bin al-Munkadir, on the authority of Ibn Khuzaymah Ibn Thabit, on the authority of his father, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever has a punishment imposed on him, that sin will be forgiven.”
