حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نُضَيْلَةَ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ كَانَتَا تَحْتَ رَجُلٍ، فَتَغَايَرَتَا، فَضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِعَمُودٍ، فَقَتَلَتْهَا وَمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا، فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَفَقَضَى فِيهِ غُرَّةً، وَجَعَلَهَا عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ "

Abu Al-Walid narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Ubaid bin Nudayla, on the authority of Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah, On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Two women were under a man, and they had sex, and one of them struck the other with a pillar, killing her, and what In her womb, so they decided to go to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he decided therein without a doubt, and made it the responsibility of the woman to be responsible.”
