أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ اقْتَتَلَتَا، فَرَمَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِحَجَرٍ، فَقَتَلَتْهَا وَمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا، فَاخْتَصَمُوا فِي الدِّيَةِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَضَى : أَنَّ دِيَةَ جَنِينِهَا غُرَّةٌ : عَبْدٌ أَوْ وَلِيدَةٌ، وَقَضَى بِدِيَتِهَا عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهَا، وَوَرِثَتْهَا وَرَثَتُهَا وَلَدُهَا وَمَنْ مَعَهَا، فَقَالَ حَمَلُ بْنُ النَّابِغَةِ الْهُذَلِيُّ : كَيْفَ أَغْرَمُ مَنْ لَا شَرِبَ وَلَا أَكَلَ، وَلَا نَطَقَ وَلَا اسْتَهَلّ، فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ يُطَلُّ؟، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ إِخْوَانِ الْكُهَّانِ ".
مِنْ أَجْلِ سَجْعِهِ الَّذِي سَجَعَ

Othman bin Omar told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab, and Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah: that two women From Hudhayl, they fought, and one of them threw a stone at the other, killing her and what was in her stomach, so they disputed over the blood money to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, decided that the blood money for her fetus should be a male slave or a female, and he ruled that the blood money be for her female relative, and she inherited from her and she inherited from her son. And who was with her? Hamal ibn al-Nabigha al-Hudhali said: How can I fall in love with someone who neither drinks nor eats, nor speaks, nor recites, for something like that is overlooked? The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “He is one of the brothers of soothsayers.”
Because of the prostration that he prostrated
