أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ لَمْ يَغْزُ، وَلَمْ يُجَهِّزْ غَازِيًا، أَوْ يَخْلِفْ غَازِيًا فِي أَهْلِهِ بِخَيْرٍ، أَصَابَهُ اللَّهُ بِقَارِعَةٍ قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ "

Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Al-Walid bin Muslim told us, Yahya bin Al-Harith told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim Abi Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abu Umamah: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever does not fight, does not prepare a fighter, or succeeds a fighter among his family, will be well. God will grant us a disaster before the Day of Resurrection.”
