Abdullah bin Maslamah told us, Sulayman bin Bilal told us, on the authority of Amr bin Yahya, on the authority of Abbas bin Sahl Al-Sa’idi, on the authority of Abu Humaid al-Sa’idi said: “The owner of a deer sent a letter to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and presented him with a white mule. He wrote to him: Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and gave him a piece of clothing.”
