أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ : أَنَّ أَبَا مُرَّةَ مَوْلَى عَقِيلِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهَا ذَهَبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، زَعَمَ ابْنُ أُمِّي أَنَّهُ قَاتِلٌ رَجُلًا أَجَرْتُهُ فَلانَ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" قَدْ أَجَرْنَا مَنْ أَجَرْتِ يَا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ "

Ubayd Allah bin Abdul Majeed told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Nadr: that Abu Murrah, the client of Aqeel bin Abi Talib, told him He heard Umm Hani bint Abi Talib saying that she went to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the year of the conquest, and she said: O Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. By God, my mother’s son claimed that he had killed a man whom So-and-so Ibn Hubayra had hired, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “We have rewarded whomever you have rewarded, O A happy mother”
