Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1779

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" خَرَجَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدَانِ مِنَ الطَّائِفِ، فَأَعْتَقَهُمَا.
أَحَدُهُمَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ "
Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Khaled told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Miqsam, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “He came out Two servants from Taif were sent to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he freed them both.
One of them is Abu Bakra.”
