Othman bin Muhammad told us, Hushaym told us, Ibn Abi Laila told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abd God, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saying: “If the two sales differ and the thing sold is the same, and there is no evidence between them, “Then they say what the seller said, or they intend to sell.”
