Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of Zayd ibn Thabit, who said: “He permitted The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the sale of naked women for dates and fresh dates, and he did not permit anything other than that.”
