أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنِ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَالَهُ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ "

Abdullah bin Maslamah told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Dhib, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said May God bless him and grant him peace: “Whoever buys a slave and does not stipulate his money will have nothing.”
