Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1837

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقَ، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا "
Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “He does not sell “Sell to one another, and do not receive the goods until they are on the market, and do not quarrel.”
