أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى : أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يُحَدِّثُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ إِنْسَانٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ أَوْ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ "

Yazid bin Harun told us, Yahya told us: that Abu Bakr bin Muhammad told him that he heard Omar bin Abdul Aziz speaking, That he heard Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman bin Al Harith bin Hisham, that he heard Abu Hurairah, saying: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said And he said: “Whoever keeps his property in his possession with a person who has gone bankrupt or with a man who has gone bankrupt, then he has more right to it than others.”
