أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُوفِيُّ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ السَّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينِهِ، فَقَدْ أَوْجَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ النَّارَ، وَحَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ "، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟.
قَالَ : " وَإِنْ قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَخَاهُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ يُحَدِّثُ : أَنَّ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْحَارِثِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ

Ahmad bin Ya’qub al-Kufi informed us, on the authority of Ismail bin Ja’far, on the authority of Al-Ala’, on the authority of Ma’abad bin Ka’b Al-Sulami, on the authority of his brother Abdullah Ibn Ka'b, on the authority of Abu Umamah: That the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever takes away the rights of a Muslim by taking an oath, has made it obligatory God is the Fire for him, and has forbidden Paradise for him.” Then a man said to him: Even if it were a small thing, O Messenger of God?
He said: “And even a small part of Arak.”
Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Usama told us, on the authority of Al-Walid bin Kathir, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ka’b bin Malik, that he heard His brother Abdullah bin Kaab bin Malik narrated that Abu Umamah Al-Harithi narrated to him that he heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
