أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى بِلَالًا أَذَّنَ، قَالَ : " فَجَعَلْتُأَتَتَبَّعُ فَاهُ هَهُنَا وَهَهُنَا بِالْأَذَانِ "

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Sufyan informed us, on the authority of Awn ibn Abi Juhayfa, on the authority of his father, may God be pleased with him, that he saw Bilal giving the call to prayer, he said “So I started to follow his mouth here and there with the call to prayer.”
