Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #575

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، وَعَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يُكَبِّرُ فِي كُلِّ رَفْعٍ وَوَضْعٍ، وَقِيَامٍ، وَقُعُودٍ "
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi told us, Abu Khaythamah told us, Abu Ishaq told us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, on the authority of His father, on the authority of Alqamah, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saying “Allahu Akbar” in every rising, sitting, standing, and sitting.
