أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ قَوْمِي وَنَحْنُ شَبَبَةٌ، فَأَقَمْنَا عِنْدَهُ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَفِيقًا، فَلَمَّا رَأَى شَوْقَنَا إِلَى أَهْلِينَا، قَالَ :" ارْجِعُوا إِلَى أَهْلِيكُمْ فَكُونُوا فِيهِمْ، فَمُرُوهُمْ وَعَلِّمُوهُمْ، وَصَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي أُصَلِّي، فَإِذَا حَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ، فَلْيُؤَذِّنْ لَكُمْ أَحَدُكُمْ، ثُمَّ لِيَؤُمَّكُمْ أَكْبَرُكُمْ "

Yahya bin Hassan told us, Wahib bin Khaled told us, Ayoub told us, on the authority of Abu Qalabah, on the authority of Malik bin Al-Huwayrith, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with a group of my people when we were young, and we stayed with him for twenty nights. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was Peace and blessings of God be upon him, and when he saw our longing for our families, he said: “Go back to your families and be among them, so guide them and teach them, and pray as You saw me praying, so when the time for prayer comes, let one of you call the call to prayer, then let the eldest of you lead in prayer.”
