Abdullah bin Salih told us, Al-Layth bin Saad told me, Uqail told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, Abbad bin Ziyad told me, on the authority of Urwah bin Al-Mughirah and Hamza bin Al-Mughirah said that they heard Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah tell that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah came and went with him, until they found the people had established the dawn prayer and brought Abd al-Rahman bin Awf to pray. With them, Abdul Rahman led a rak'ah of the dawn prayer with them before the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came. May God bless him and grant him peace. He lined up with the people behind Abdul Rahman in the second rak’ah. When Abdul Rahman saluted, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood up. Then he prayed, and the people were frightened by that, and they glorified many things. When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, finished his prayer, he said to the people: “You have been afflicted or "You have done well"
