أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يُصَلِّيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ لَيْسَ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ "

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa and Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu al-Zinad, on the authority of al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “None of you should pray in one garment, with nothing of it on his shoulders.”
