أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ هُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" صَلَاةُ الرَّجُلِ جَالِسًا نِصْفُ الصَّلَاةِ "

Yazid bin Harun told us, Ja`far told us, he is Ibn Al-Harith, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Hilal, on the authority of Abu Yahya, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Amr said: I was informed that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A man’s prayer sitting is half the prayer.”
