أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا مُرَّةَ مَوْلَى عَقِيلِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهَا ذَهَبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فَوَجَدَتْهُ يَغْتَسِلُ، وَفَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُهُ تَسْتُرُهُ بِثَوْبٍ.
قَالَتْ : فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَذَلِكَ ضُحًى.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ هَذِهِ؟ ".
فَقُلْتُ : أَنَا أُمُّ هَانِئٍ .
قَالَتْ :" فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْ غُسْلِهِ، قَامَ فَصَلَّى ثَمَانَ رَكَعَاتٍ مُلْتَحِفًا فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ "

Ubayd Allah bin Abdul Majeed told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Nadr, that Abu Murrah, the client of Aqeel bin Abi Talib, told him, He heard Umm Hani bint Abi Talib telling us that she went to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the year of the conquest, and found him. He takes a bath, and his daughter Fatima covers him with a garment.
She said: I greeted him that morning.
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Who is this?”
I said: I am Umm Hani.
She said: “When he finished washing, he stood up and prayed eight rak’ahs, wrapped in one garment, then he left.”
