حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ  ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ هُوَ ابْنُ سَلَمَةَ  عَنْ يُونُسَ  ، وَحُمَيْدٍ  ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ  ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ   : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ، وَيُعْطِي عَلَيْهِ مَا لَا يُعْطِي عَلَى الْعُنْفِ "
Hajjaj bin Minhal narrated to us, Hammad, who is Ibn Salamah, narrated to us, on the authority of Yunus, and Humaid, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Abdullah bin Mughaffal: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, God is gentle and loves gentleness, and He gives what He does not give to violence.”
