حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَادِقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لِلْجَنَّةِ ثَمَانِيَةُ أَبْوَابٍ "

Ahmad bin Humaid told us, Muawiyah bin Hisham told us, on the authority of Sharik, on the authority of Uthman Al-Thaqafi, on the authority of Abu Sadiq, on the authority of Abdul Rahman Ibn Yazid, on the authority of Abdullah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Paradise has eight gates.”
