حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" لِلْمَرْأَةِ الرُّبُعُ سَهْمٌ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ سَهْم، وَلِلأَبِّ سَهْمَانِ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ : أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ الْحَارِثَ الْأَعْوَرَ عَنْ امْرَأَةٍ، وَأَبَوَيْنِ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ عُثْمَانَ

Hajjaj bin Minhal narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, on the authority of Abu Al-Muhallab, on the authority of Uthman bin Affan. He said: “The woman gets a quarter of a share out of four, and the mother gets a third of the remaining share, and the father gets two shares.”
