Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2142

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ :أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ كَانَ يُشَرِّك، وَعَلِيٌّ كَانَ لا يُشَرِّكُ "
Muhammad told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Sulayman al-Taymi, on the authority of Abu Majliz: that Othman used to associate partners with others, and Ali did not associate partners with others.
