أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ :" إِنَّ الْجَدَّاتِ لَيْسَ لَهُنَّ مِيرَاثٌ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ طُعْمَةٌ أُطْعِمْنَهَا، وَالْجَدَّاتُ أَقْرَبُهُنَّ وَأَبْعَدُهُنَّ سَوَاءٌ "
Yazid bin Harun told us, Al-Ash’ath told us, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: “Grandmothers have no inheritance. “It is only a piece of food that we feed, and the grandmothers are the closest to them and the farthest ones are the same.”
