حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَة :" لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Salim bin Nuh told us, on the authority of Omar bin Amir, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, on the authority of Zayd bin Thabit in The inheritance of Ibn al-Mala’ana: “One-third goes to his mother, and two-thirds goes to the treasury.”
