أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا تَلَاعَنَا، فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَمْ يَجْتَمِعَا، وَدُعِيَ الْوَلَدُ لِأُمِّهِ، يُقَالُ : ابْنُ فُلَانَةَ، هِيَ عَصَبَتُهُ يَرِثُهَا وَتَرِثُهُ، وَمَنْ دَعَاهُ لِزِنْيَةٍ، جُلِدَ "

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Musa ibn Ubaidah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, who said: “If we touch each other, they will be separated and they will not come together. And the child was called to his mother. It is said: The son of so-and-so. She is his concubine and he inherits from her, and she inherits from him. And whoever invites him to commit adultery will be flogged.”
