حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ شِبَاكٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الْخُنْثَى، قَالَ :" يُوَرَّثُ مِنْ قِبَلِ مَبَالِهِ "

Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, on the authority of Mugheerah, on the authority of Shabak, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Ali regarding Al-Khunthaa, he said: “ He will be inherited from his inheritance.”
