أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الْأَشْعَثِ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا نَرِثُ أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ وَلَا يَرِثُونَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَمُوتَ لِلرَّجُلِ عَبْدُهُ أَوْ أَمَتُهُ "

Abu Nu’aym told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Al-Ash’ath, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Jabir, who said: “We do not inherit from the People of the Book, nor do they inherit from us, except “That a man’s male or female slave should die.”
