حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، وَعَلِيٍّ ، وَزَيْدٍ ، قَالُوا :" الدِّيَةُ تُورَثُ كَمَا يُورَثُ الْمَالُ خَطَؤُهُ وَعَمْدُهُ "

Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Khalid told us, Ibn Salem told us, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Omar, Ali, and Zaid, they said: “ Blood money is inherited just as money is inherited, whether intentionally or intentionally.”
