حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ  ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ  ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ  ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ  ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ  ، قَالَ :" كُلُّ قَوْمٍ مُتَوَارِثِينَ عَمِيَ مَوْتُهُمْ فِي هَدْمٍ، أَوْ غَرَقٍ، فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَتَوَارَثُونَ، يَرِثُهُمْ الْأَحْيَاءُ "
Yahya bin Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Abi Al-Zinad narrated to us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Kharijah bin Zaid, on the authority of Zaid bin Thabit, he said: “Every “A people who are inherited from one another, and their death in destruction or drowning, they do not inherit from each other; the living inherit from them.”
