حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : فِي عَمَّةٍ، وَبِنْتِ أَخٍ، قَالَ :" الْمَالُ لِابْنَةِ الْأَخِ "

Abu Nu’aym told us, Hassan told us, on the authority of Suleiman Abi Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi: Concerning a paternal aunt and a brother’s daughter. He said: “The money is for the brother’s daughter.”
