حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "

Suleiman bin Harb told us, on the authority of Hammad bin Salamah, on the authority of Ziyad Al-Alam, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: “If some of the heirs acknowledge a debt, He is responsible for his share.”
