أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ مِنْ الْمَقْتُولِ شَيْئًا "

Abu Nu`aym told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: “The murderer does not inherit anything from the killed.”
