حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الْعَبْدِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ :" لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْقَاتِلُ "

Abu Nu`aym told us, Hassan told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Abu Amr al-Abdi, on the authority of Ali, who said: “The murderer does not inherit.”
