حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مِنْ بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ ، وَالْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ ، وَابْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ ، وراشد ، وعطية ، قَالُوا :" لَا يُوَرَّثُ الْحُمَلَاءُ "

Abu Sa`id from Bani Umayyah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Bakr bin Abdullah bin Abi Maryam, on the authority of Damra, Al-Fudayl bin Fadalah, and Ibn Abu Auf, Rashid, and Atiyah said: “Pregnant women do not inherit inheritance.”
